I love scrappy!  This project lives at my quilting buddy’s house.  That way, I always have something to work on when we have sew days.  I’m using the book and ruler by Gyleen Fitzgerald,  “Trash to Treasure“.  All kinds of fabric are thrown in here.  The strips are cut 1 1/2″.   It’s a great way to use those little pieces left when you’re cutting fabric or the remnants left from quilt backs.  I’m making the scrappy version, but her book has more coordinated settings, too. Not sure how big this one will be, but I have enough strips for about 100 blocks!!!
