Another finish! Here’s a fun and fast project that I assembled at last month’s retreat and slipped into my quilting rotation this month. For three years we’ve been staying at a great bed and breakfast in Decorah, Iowa while our daughter attends Luther College. Now that our daughter is ready to graduate, I wanted to make a gift for our hostess. We visited Decorah this week and I was excited to give her this table runner gift.
The pattern recommends print in the chevron but I was using fabric from my stash and I liked the print on the outside. This would be a great class project because you can sew the top together in about an hour.
I’m linking with A Stitch in Time for a May finish!
Check out other May finishes here. My great granny square quilt is almost finished, too! I need to find some TV time to finish hand sewing the binding!
Thanks! Linda 🙂
