Here’s my first Tummy Time quilt of 2014! This is for Elijah, my cousin’s first grandson born March 19! I had fun using a coordinated set of fat quarters to make this sweet baby boy quilt. The quilting design is freehand Monkey Tails, the batting is Quilter’s Dream Puff and the thread is Superior So Fine!#50.
I finished this week, attached the label and mailed it! When I need it fast, I use a fine fabric marker for the label. I’m out of practice using my embroidery machine!
My niece makes the cutest little blankies out of furry fabric. It’s a Softee for the baby’s cheek!
